Did you buy the game in the same country you bought the season pass on Xbox marketplace? I don't think I've worded that very well. The Nashville Number System Ebook Torrents.

What I mean is that I think my problem (and maybe yours) is that I bought my game on eBay and it's a region free version from China, while I bought the season pass on the Australian Xbox live marketplace. I don't think it would normally make a difference but I know the co-op for Australian version only works with other Australians. So that's my theory as to why it might not be working for me. If you find out what the problem is please let me know.
